Thermal transfer printing is an emerging printing process that was introduced from abroad only more than 10 years ago. The printing method of this process is divided into two parts: transfer film printing and transfer processing. The pattern is pre-printed on the surface of the film. The printed pattern is rich in layers, bright in color, ever-changing, with small color difference and good reproducibility, which can meet the expectations of the designer. Requires effective results and is suitable for mass production; the transfer process uses a thermal transfer machine to transfer the exquisite pattern on the transfer film to the product surface in one step (heating and pressure). After molding, the ink layer and the product surface melt into one, making it lifelike. Beautiful, greatly improves the quality of the product.

Thermal transfer film production process:

Step 1. Create high-resolution images;

Step 2. Make a dot-type gravure electroengraving plate according to the image size;

Step 3. Install the gravure plate on the printing machine and print it on the PET polyester film to form a heat transfer printing film. Thousands of meters of finished pattern can be printed in one hour.

Step 4. Install the heat transfer printing film on the heat transfer hot stamping machine for printing. The operation is simple and the pattern is formed at one time without color registration.

A thermal transfer machine can print tens of thousands of square meters of products in 8 working hours a day.

Suitable for products made of PP, ABS, PS, PE, EVA, leather, stainless steel, glass, wood, coated metal and other materials.
