In recent years, many patterns on items have been printed on them through heat transfer printing film manufacturers. We see that their colors are colorful and the patterns are beautiful and lifelike. So, are there any temperature requirements for heat transfer printing when printing film? According to the completeness and deficiency of printing, the requirements for the heat transfer processing site are a dust-free or less dusty environment to avoid dust spots on the desired printed items or transfer film.
And there are defects in the pattern after transfer printing; Workers are required to wear pure cotton gloves before taking the substrate during operation, in order to keep the item clean and tidy after transfer printing; There are some requirements for the temperature of heat transfer printing when printing floral film. Due to the different temperatures of different materials themselves, the temperature required for transfer printing may also be different. For hard rubber plastics such as ABS, benzene, and acrylic, the transfer temperature is about 20 ℃ lower than that required for soft adhesives such as PP and PE. The thermometer is detected on silicon and rollers, and the surface of the rubber plate is about 90 ℃ -120 ℃, while the temperature required for PVC is lower, about 60 ℃ -80 ℃
Due to the separation of a layer of heat-resistant film between the heat source and the substrate during processing, and the contact time not too long, the rubber roller transfer prints 1cm every 0.5 seconds to 1 second, and the rubber plate is pressed directly for about 1 second to 4 seconds each time. Therefore, it will not cause deformation of the substrate. However, if the transfer is carried out on a soft rubber plate less than 0.5mm, there will not be a small amount of deformation in the short term. The heat transfer film process is widely used in many industries such as plastic, glass, wood, leather, textile fabrics, steel products, cosmetics, toys, electrical appliances, building materials, gifts, stationery, food packaging, and so on. The printing process of heat transfer film manufacturers is divided into two parts: transfer film printing and transfer processing.
1、 Transfer Film Printing: Transfer film printing uses dot printing (with a resolution of up to 300dpi) to preprint patterns on the surface of the film. The printed patterns are rich in layers, bright in color, ever-changing, with small color difference and good reproducibility, meeting the requirements of pattern designers and suitable for mass production.
2、 Transfer processing: Transfer processing uses a heat transfer machine to process (heat and pressure) the exquisite patterns on the transfer film and transfer them onto the surface of the product. After forming, the ink layer blends with the product surface, creating a realistic and beautiful appearance, greatly improving the product's quality. Due to the high technological content of this process, many materials require the use of imported materials. These two processes can be designed and produced according to customer requirements, and the pattern can be transferred to the surface of the workpiece through hot pressing to improve product quality
